Job Description
- Position: Sales Admin Assistant
- Location: No. 30 Sungei Kadut Way #02-00
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
- Duration: Permanent
- Entitlement: Annual & Childcare Leave, Bonus, Lunch provided
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer service support for sales team (keying in orders, retrieving email orders etc.)
- Responsible for the preparation of sales documents (D.O, Invoice etc.)
- Perform data entry and document filing
- Answer phone calls on customers’ inquiries
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- ‘N’ levels / ‘O’ levels / ‘A’ levels / Diploma
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Able to converse in Mandarin
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Team worker with a positive learning attitude
- Only Singaporeans/ PRs can apply
