Job Description 

  • Position: Sales Admin Assistant
  • Location: No. 30 Sungei Kadut Way #02-00
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Entitlement: Annual & Childcare Leave, Bonus, Lunch provided

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and customer service support for sales team (keying in orders, retrieving email orders etc.)
  • Responsible for the preparation of sales documents (D.O, Invoice etc.)
  • Perform data entry and document filing
  • Answer phone calls on customers’ inquiries
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • ‘N’ levels / ‘O’ levels / ‘A’ levels / Diploma
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Able to converse in Mandarin 
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Team worker with a positive learning attitude
  • Only Singaporeans/ PRs can apply
